About:

I wrote "Save Everyone" while watching flashbacks of the Hurricane Katrina disaster in 2005.    I imagined a man, watching the disaster as it was happening and feeling helpless from afar.  He hallucinates from his completely overworked emotional psyche, thinking there's a spirit telling him that he is solely responsible for saving everyone.  He grows 100x into a giant and fixes the levee by hand, while scooping up the victims into a safer area.

Lyrics:

Don't cry when you sleep, don't breathe when you eat

You think when you're all alone

The fears that you bear

That hearts that you share

The reason you try alone

Save everyoneeveryone

That's what she said to me

Softly

Don't cry when you eat, don't breathe when you sleep

Thoughts spinning out of control

Don't be everyone

It doesn't seem fun

To look from behind their eyes

Come to me

Come to me

Save everyoneeveryone

That's what she said to me

Save everyoneeveryone

That's what she said to me

Save everyoneeveryone

That's what she said to me

Save everyoneeveryone

That's what she said to me
